THE BRIEF
Attend came to Aurra for a full-scale brand transformation, from name to launch. The brief was clear: build a brand system that could compete with established transactional players while standing for something meaningfully different. A brand that spoke to homeowners and tradespeople with equal care, and that could scale without losing the humanity at its core.

THE STRATEGY
Through leadership interviews, brand audits, and discovery workshops, a single resonant truth emerged. Home maintenance, when handled proactively and professionally, creates more than a safer home. It creates time, trust, and a better rhythm of life. That insight became the strategic foundation. We positioned Attend as a calm, capable leader in a noisy, low-trust category, grounded in care, stability, and trust without sacrificing ambition. The idea at the heart of the brand, Unlock the Potential of Home, gave Attend a singular, scalable narrative that unified every message, product decision, and customer interaction. We named the brand Attend, a word that means to be present, or to care for, and built a voice around that meaning. Calm, clear, and considered. The kind of voice that feels like a steady hand in a moment of stress.

THE CRAFT
The visual language balances modern minimalism with emotional warmth. A natural colour palette, custom typography, and a logo whose soft geometry hints at structure and support work together to signal that Attend is not just here to fix things. It is here to serve. Photography and illustration styles were curated to celebrate the real lives behind every interaction, whether in the home or on the job. To visualise the Attend experience ahead of full production, we used AI-rendered environments through Midjourney and Krea, sunlit kitchens, tidy entryways, real life in motion, to test and refine visual concepts quickly across multiple user types and markets. Every image was chosen to keep the emotional truth of the brand front and centre. The result is a brand system that feels human in a category that has largely forgotten to be.
